Global Nest Portugal reserves the right to decline to engage with any prospective investor at its discretion.

We take reasonable care to keep the content of this site accurate, but project details, unit counts, pricing, timelines, and projected returns are illustrative and may change at any time at the developer's discretion, subject to the terms of any contract you have signed with us. Nothing on this site should be relied on as a final or binding representation; the signed investment agreement always governs.

5. Chat assistant and other communications

Conversations with our chat assistant, whether or not a human team member is involved, are provided to answer questions and route enquiries, they do not constitute a binding offer, commitment, or investment advice. Any figures or terms discussed in chat are subject to confirmation in a signed agreement.

This is a private offering intended for individuals capable of evaluating investment risk. Returns depend on the project result and are not guaranteed. Capital contributed under a CAEP is at risk. The project-specific CAEP contract formalizes all investor rights, obligations, and protections under Portuguese law. The AMI licence held by LECA HORIZONS UNIPESSOAL LDA (AMI 24605) applies only to real-estate mediation and does not constitute approval of a CAEP investment.
