The building

Muralha Residences is in the historic centre of Buarcos, Figueira da Foz, about 50 metres from Praia de Buarcos.

The building is undergoing full rehabilitation with structural reinforcement, and its original tiled façade is being preserved and restored. It will hold eight apartments: T1, T3, and T2 and T3 duplexes. Selected apartments have sea views and private balconies, and the upper floors hold loft-style duplexes. The building has a lift and access for people with reduced mobility.

Completion is expected by November 2026; the deeds are planned for the first quarter of 2027. Areas are gross until the horizontal-property process concludes. The apartments have no private parking or storage, and a short-term letting (AL) licence cannot be guaranteed.

Location
