Castelo, Setúbal historic centre
Fourteen residences in three new buildings on Rua do Castelo, set around a private garden in the historic centre of Setúbal. Licensed and construction-ready; the land is held free of debt.
The building
Rua do Castelo takes its name from the fortress line drawn by the military engineer João Gilot in 1642; the Baluarte de São Francisco bastion still stands at the rear of the site.
Three buildings, A, B and C, share a private garden with a swimming pool and underground parking. The residences run from 37 m² studios to a 147 m² T3 duplex, with T1, T1+1 and T2 duplexes between. Several have private terraces and one T2 duplex has a sea view.
For investors
Investor participation in Castelo is through a project-specific CAEP contract. It gives a contractual share in the development's result, not ownership of an apartment. The investor material — business plan, independent valuations, the approved architectural project and the contract — is shared after a short qualification. Capital is at risk and results are not guaranteed; the terms are those of the signed agreement.
